- Free Forever Plan: Dedicated to micro-merchants and new startups with 15 finalized sales bills every calendar month.
- Standard & Pro Plans: Uncapped billing volume, multiple warehouses, barcode generation, multi-user permissions, and advanced GST reporting.
- Network Mode Enterprise: Multi-tier distribution channel governance, Blind Mediator Gateways, territory management, and wholesale quote negotiations.
2. Free Forever Plan Terms (15 Bills / Month)

Individual Mode Core Entitlement
- 15 Finalized Sales Bills Every Month: You can create and finalize up to 15 sales invoices every calendar month without paying any software fee.
- No 15-Day Trial: This is a permanent free plan, not a temporary trial that expires after two weeks.
- No Mandatory Payment Card: You never need to enter debit card, credit card, or bank details to use the free plan.
- Automatic Monthly Renewal: Your 15-bill quota refreshes automatically on the 1st of every calendar month.
- Quota Rollover: Unused monthly bills do not carry forward into subsequent months.
3. Reference Pricing & Automatic Discounts
VYPNEX adheres to transparent consumer pricing principles:
- Authentic Reference Price: Strikethrough reference prices displayed on subscription plans reflect genuine published standard rates, historical selling prices, or documented promotional comparisons verified by Super Admin.
- No Fake MRP Discounts: We do not invent inflated fictional list prices to display exaggerated discount percentages. If a plan is newly launched without price history, only its actual selling price is shown.
- Transparent Savings: Discount percentages and customer savings amounts are calculated automatically from authentic pricing data.
4. Manual UPI QR Payment & Verification Flow
To prevent hidden gateway commissions and provide frictionless Indian merchant payments, VYPNEX utilizes an authoritative Manual UPI Verification Flow:

5. Strict Policy: Screenshot Is Not Proof
Fraud Prevention Protocol: A payment screenshot alone is NOT treated as final proof of payment.
- Subscriptions activate only after independent bank settlement verification by the Super Admin team against our institutional UPI statement.
- Submitting manipulated screenshots, canceled UPI requests, or third-party transaction IDs constitutes fraud and results in immediate permanent account termination.
- Verification turnaround is typically 15 to 60 minutes during regular business hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST).
6. Upgrades, Renewals & Expiration
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan before your current cycle concludes, your remaining balance is prorated toward the new package. Upon plan expiry, if renewal is not initiated, your account gracefully downgrades to the Free Forever Plan, guaranteeing your business continuity without data loss.
