VYPNEX is not a chartered accountancy firm, tax advisory consultancy, or law firm. Nothing contained on the platform should be construed as legal, statutory tax, auditing, or investment advice. Users must consult their qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), tax consultant, or legal counsel regarding their specific GST filings, income tax returns, and statutory liabilities.
2. Tax Rates & HSN Code Compliance
While VYPNEX provides an authoritative HSN Code Master and pre-mapped GST rates (including 0% exemption for unprocessed fresh agricultural produce under Notification No. 2/2017-Central Tax (Rate)):
- The ultimate legal responsibility for determining and applying the correct HSN code, GST classification (taxable, nil-rated, exempt, or non-GST), and tax percentage rests solely with the invoicing merchant.
- GST notifications, circulars, and tax rate classifications are subject to amendment by the GST Council of India. Users must verify rate changes applicable to their specific commodities.
- VYPNEX shall not be held liable for any penalty, interest, demand notice, or audit query issued by GST or tax authorities to any business subscriber.
3. Intermediary Status & Safe Harbor
In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, VYPNEX functions as an electronic intermediary platform:
- VYPNEX does not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or modify the commercial content of invoices generated by users.
- Users alone are responsible for the truthfulness and legality of product descriptions, trade claims, pricing, discount calculations, and payment terms entered into the software.
- VYPNEX disclaims liability for any user-generated content, counterfeit product claims, trademark infringement by third parties, or commercial disputes between trading partners.
4. No Lending or Banking Services
VYPNEX is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), payment aggregator, or regulated lender registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Any Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Discounting, or Credit Underwriting facilitated through the platform is executed directly by third-party regulated financial institutions and NBFC partners. VYPNEX does not guarantee loan approval, credit limits, or interest rates.
5. Mandi & Commodity Price Fluctuations
Prices for agricultural Mandi produce (vegetables, fruits, food grains, oilseeds, spices) fluctuate rapidly based on seasonal arrivals, weather conditions, Mandi arrivals, and auction dynamics. Any reference rate or estimated market figure displayed on VYPNEX is purely indicative. The actual agreed rate is governed strictly by the bilateral commercial understanding reached between the buyer and seller.
