- Entity Registration Data: Legal business name, trade name, GSTIN, PAN, business category, registered address, and authorized contact person credentials.
- Transactional & Operational Data: Master product catalogues, inventory levels, sales invoices, delivery challans, and double-entry party ledger entries.
- Financing & Underwriting Data: Invoice financing requests, repayment schedules, and banking UTR references processed strictly via secure banking protocols.
3. Need-to-Know Principle & Document Masking
Our platform is architected around the Need-to-Know Principle:
- Pricing Confidentiality: Transporter and Warehouse copies of invoices automatically conceal unit rates and commercial totals to protect trade margins from third-party logistics handlers.
- Underwriting Confidentiality: When a buyer utilizes Supply Chain Financing, their credit bureau scores and internal underwriting grades are strictly isolated from the seller. The seller only receives confirmation of payment settlement.
4. Data Security & Storage Architecture
All user passwords are encrypted using one-way cryptographic algorithms (`BCRYPT`). All session tokens are secured with `HTTPOnly`, `SameSite=Lax`, and SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. Multi-tenant database tables enforce strict tenant isolation, ensuring no business can access another entity's private records without explicit relationship authorization.
